In order for us to release information via email or during telephone calls to Customer Service, Medica has standards to follow for verification of the requestor. We also need to correctly identify you so we can provide you with information specific to your particular plan and log our interaction accordingly. If you do not provide valid data with your question or comment, you will receive an email requesting the information before we can respond. Once we receive the required information, we will respond to your request. Our standard response time is one business day. If you need immediate assistance, please call the Medica Customer Service number located on the back of your ID card. A list of phone numbers can also be found on our website.

Medica is a Qualified Health Plan issuer in the MNsure Health Insurance Marketplace, in the North Dakota Health Insurance Marketplace, and in the Wisconsin Health Insurance Marketplace.
